Clubs and Teams will be required to keep all registration/waiver forms on file in case they are requested by Volleyball BC.All athletes under the age of 18 will be required to have a parent or guardian sign the registration/ waiver form. An athlete is deemed registered with the club once the Membership Waiver Form and/or a portion of club fees have been paid. Note that tryout fees are not considered a portion of club fees. Waiver & Indemnification: Upon acceptance as a member of The Sunshine Coast Beach Volleyball Club, I agree to abide by the rules and procedures of the VBC as approved through the By-Laws, Rules and Regulations of VBC. As a member of SCBVC, I shall uphold the high standards of SCBVC and shall never do anything to damage the reputation of SCBVC. I understand and agree that SCBVC and/ or any of its officials, affiliates or sponsors are not responsible for any injury, damage or loss resulting from any accident from known or unknown conditions howsoever caused. I also understand and agree that any violation of this contract may result in the immediate termination of my membership.
